Q. How do we sign up?
A. Simply click the icon "School Enrollment Form" and sign up right here online!
Q. How do you know what our teachers require?
A. Simply email your teachers required school supply list to MySchoolSuppliesUSA.com.
Q. Do you sell name brand or generic?
A. We sell name brand products, for example, Crayola, Elmers, Fiskars, Mead and other name brands. We also may include select quality private label products to keep our prices as competitive as possible.
Q. Are your prices higher than retail?
A. No, our prices are competitive with retail prices.
Q. How long does it take to order?
A. It only takes a few clicks of the mouse to complete the order.
Q. What if items are missing or damaged in our kit?
A. In the unlikely event that an item is missing or damaged, we will immediately ship a replacement item to your school.
Q. How does the "donated Kit" program work?
A. All participating schools are also given the opportunity to receive donated kits for children unable to purchase their required supplies. Schools may also receive additional supplies requested by their teachers via our "Wish List" program.
Q. How does a student qualify for a donated kit?
A. Your PTA, PTO, School or other organization will determine who receives donated kits and then deliver the kits to the appropriate children.
Q. Where is my child's supply kit delivered?
A. If you are ordering a kit for a child whose school has chosen to participate in our program, your child's kit will be waiting for them in their classroom on the first day of school.
Q. What methods of payment do you accept?
A. We accept all VISA and Mastercards, all debit cards and personal checks.
Q. How do I donate a school supply kit to another child?
A. Indicate the number of kits you wish to donate on online ordering form. Your school will deliver your donated supply kit to a student of their selection.
